Delivery Times
Items will be delivered to the address specified by you. Delivery times are as follows,
1. Delivery within Colombo would take 2 – 3 days.
2. Delivery to suburbs of Colombo 2 – 4 days.
3. Other areas islandwide 3 – 5 days.
Will there be any differences from the images shown?
Product images are displayed as accurately as possible to reflect the item you’ll receive. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or natural differences between pieces.
What is your return and refund policy?
Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
To return your product, please contact us on WhatsApp at 072 8876012 or email us with your order details. Send the item to 153/5/A, Siriperakum Mawatha, Bollegala, Kelaniya.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Gift cards
Items returned without a receipt or valid proof of purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete all returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us on WhatsApp at 072 8876012 with your order details.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, we do restock selected items. However, restock timelines may vary and exact dates cannot always be confirmed. We recommend checking back regularly or contacting us for the latest availability updates.
