For years, we chose jewellery for the occasion, not for the woman.

We realized the gap wasn’t in the market, it was in the understanding.

Pamodika is the voice that connects Prism to the women who wear it. She listens deeply to stories, hopes, and daily rhythms, ensuring every message, story, and reply reflects real life. Her role is to build a community where women feel seen, not sold to.

Navodika is the curator behind the collections. With a thoughtful eye and a quiet instinct, she selects each piece by asking not just if it is beautiful, but if it will move gracefully through a woman's day. Her focus is on subtlety, wearability, and meaning; finding designs that feel both timeless and relevant.
